Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on December 8, 2021 found that A. R. N., Inc. had corrected the deficiency cited under Title 28 Health and Safety Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H. Chapter 611 Home Care Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on October 15, 2021.
